个人简介

1998年获兰州大学本科学位。2003年获中国科学院研究生院理学博士学位。2004年美国地质调查局访问学者。2007至2009年在美国匹兹堡大学做博士后研究,2013至2014年美国匹兹堡大学做访问交流,2011-2015年中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所研究员。2015.9至今南京师范大学地理科学学院教授。担任中国自然资源学会资源持续利用与减灾专业委员会副主任委员、中国GIS理论与方法专业委员会委员,国家奖励办、国家自然基金委、国家留学基金委通讯评审专家。曾担任寒旱所科学大数据中心副主任、联合国教科文组织国际水文计划“干旱区全球水与发展信息网络”亚洲秘书处秘书、九三学社甘肃省委第7届委员会委员
