研究领域
主要以质谱/MS技术为基础,结合多种分离手段(液相色谱/UPLC、离子淌度/IMS)和新型离子源(实时直接分析离子源/DART, 大气压基质辅助激光解吸附电离/AP MALDI)以及高效样品前处理,构建新颖的质谱分析方法并应用于多个领域中。主要创新之处包括:(1)建立了多个离子淌度和质谱联用的方法,对单糖、寡糖以及糖蛋白的同分异构体进行了研究,实现了同分异构体的快速分离(毫秒内)以及不同异构体的多级质谱结构表征。(2)成功构建了多个以原位电离质谱(DART-MS) 为基础的快速检测和高通量筛查的方法,并应用于农药、多糖、食品、烟草及天然产物等的分析中去
