个人简介

李龙,教授,博士生导师,国家级高层次人才,现为西安电子科技大学电子工程学院副院长,超高速电路设计与电磁兼容教育部重点实验室主任,西安电子科技大学海棠九号书院院长。2005年博士毕业于西安电子科技大学,师从梁昌洪教授。2006年2月-11月,赴香港城市大学任高级研究员;2006年11月-2008年11月,获日本学术振兴会JSPS国际奖学金,赴日本东北大学开展基于电磁超材料的新型天线合作研究;2013-2014年赴美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学做高级访问学者。 长期从事电磁场与微波技术领域的教学与科研工作,致力于新型人工超材料的设计与多维电磁场功能器件的调控研究。超材料是信息与电子工程共性颠覆性技术之一。发表SCI学术论文120余篇,授权国家发明专利30余项,美国专利1项,ESI高被引论文5篇,入选2020、2021爱思唯尔中国高被引作者榜。担任中国电子学会微波分会委员,中国材料研究学会超材料分会常务理事,IEEE微波理论与技术西安分会副主席,国际应用计算电磁学会ACES Journal副主编和IEEE J-ERM特邀主编,ACES China Branch会员发展委员会主席。国家一流专业电磁场与无线技术负责人,西安电子科技大学“华山学者”领军教授。荣获第十一届教学名师奖,陕西省第十四届自然科学优秀学术论文奖(2020)、中国电子教育学会和陕西省优秀博士论文指导教师奖(2018)、日本学术振兴会JSPS国际奖学金、陕西省科学技术二等奖(排名第一)、陕西青年科技奖、西安青年科技人才奖等。 中国电子学会科学技术奖评委,教育部工程教育专业认证评审专家,博士后基金评委,国际应用计算电磁学会ACES Journal副主编,国际权威刊物Proceedings of the IEEE, IEEE Trans.
