个人简介

刘伟，博士、研究员、博士生导师。2008年于中科院化学研究所获得博士学位。2008年9月至2010年3月，从事博士后研究工作。2010年3月到2016年4月先后以博士后与研究科学家身份从事科研工作。2016年4月到中科院福建物质结构研究所工作，任研究员、课题组长。近五年来，在低维材料及其电子器件领域,发表期刊论文23篇和19篇国际会议论文，其中5篇会议论文发表在世界电子器件领域顶级会议InternationalElectronDeviceMeeting(IEDM)上。

研究领域

主要研究方向: （1）碳纳米管、石墨烯与二维半导体薄膜的合成与性能调控；（2）应用于大规模集成电路的石墨烯/碳纳米管互联线器件；（3）高性能碳纳米管/二维半导体薄膜晶体管；（4）基于二维半导体异质结的电子隧穿器件；（5）用于合成人工燃料的高性能光电转换器件
