个人简介

杨帆,男,1977年生于湖北,1999年毕业于长沙理工大学,获化学学士学位。2004年于华中科技大学获得环境工程硕士学位,并于同年进入宁夏大学资源环境学院执教,主讲《环境监测》、《环境工程学》及《环保设备》等课程。2006年起利用工作之余开始从事环境影响评价工作,2008年获得国家环境影响评价工程师资格。2015年毕业于西北大学,获分析化学博士学位。
