个人简介

2003年获西安理工大学材料科学与工程学士学位,2006年获电子科技大学材料硕士学位,2012年获电子科技大学电子科学与技术博士学位,其中2008-2011年国家公派留学美国特拉华大学(University of Delaware)物理与天文系。取得博士学位后在电子科技大学留校工作,从事电子信息材料与器件的研发和产业化工作,2013年10月破格晋升副研究员。2014年被聘为广东省科技特派员,2015年3月加入海南大学信息科学技术学院。

研究领域

电子信息材料与器件 。先后从事先后从事铁电薄膜结构及电性能研究、微波磁性光子晶体、负折射系数材料、磁性薄膜超快磁矩操控的动力学基础和应用研究,以及微波铁氧体材料及器件的研究
