个人简介

Professor Perry attended Florida Atlantic University where he received his B.S. in Biology (2001) and his M.S. in Chemistry (2004). He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry (2009) from Purdue University. After completing postdoctoral studies at Stanford University, he joined the University of Illinois in 2012. His research interests are in bioanalytical chemistry, imaging mass spectrometry, and ambient ionization techniques with the goal of understanding catalytic reaction mechanisms, the biological activity of pharmaceutical drugs, and the biochemical mechanisms involved in disease progression.
