个人简介

个人简介: 王佳佳,男,博士研究生,讲师,校聘副教授。1985年8月出生于山西晋城。2009年本科毕业于长治学院,同年考入南开大学药学院硕士研究生,2015年博士毕业于南开大学并获得化学生物学博士学位,师从赵炜教授和王鹏教授。2016年5月至2017年6月在美国佐治亚州立大学从事博士后工作,2017年7月正式加入河南大学基础医学院。主要从事糖类小分子探针的合成及其在探索肿瘤细胞O-GlcNAc糖基化蛋白种类和位点鉴定的应用,并对其糖基化蛋白功能以及作用机制进行深入研究。 承担的研究项目: 1.河南省高等学校重点科研项目计划,19B150003,4deo-GlcNAc及其类似物的抗菌活性和机制研究,2019/1-2020/12,主持; 2.国家自然科学基金面上项目,21572105,糖肽疫苗的合成与免疫学评价,2016/01-2019/12,77万元,在研,参加; 3.国家自然科学基金面上项目,21572106,化学合成“可被中和”的抗凝血肝素寡糖,2016/1-2019/12,76.8万,在研,参加; 4.国家自然科学基金面上项目,21372130,糖基转移酶高通量鉴定方法的完善与应用,2014/01-2017/12,85万元,已结题,参加; 5.天津市应用基础与前沿技术研究,12JCYBJC18600,O-GlcNAcase抑制剂对阿兹海默病Tau蛋白磷酸化的调控,2012/04-2015/3,10万元,已结题,参加; 6.天津市重点支撑项目,化学多糖类药物-黄达肝癸钠五糖的大规模制备技术,13ZCZDSY00600,50万,2013/04-2015/3,已结题,参加; 7.天津市应用基础与前沿技术研究计划,15JCYBJC29000,胰岛素受体信号途径中糖基化蛋白的代谢标记及应用研究,2015/04-2018/03,已结题,参加; 讲授课程:医学微生物、微生物实验
