个人简介

2001毕业于河南大学生物教育专业,获学士学位;2007年在中国科学院昆明动物研究所获博士学位;2007.7-2009.1,在中国科学院昆明动物所遗传资源与进化国家重点实验室担任助理研究员;2009.2-2011.10从事博士后;2011.11-2016.6,在中国科学院昆明植物所担任副研究员、硕士生导师;2016.7-今,受聘为河南大学黄河学者(教授)。

研究领域

主要从事进化比较基因组学和植物重要种质资源基因挖掘。包括水平基因转移(HGT)在单细胞真核生物、低等动物和高等植物中的发生规模、分子功能、对受体生物的适应性进化意义、发生分子机制。在多组学水平深入研究重要功能基因家族(转录因子、信号转导蛋白、次生代谢关键调控基因等)、microRNAs、长链非编码RNA等在农作物(玉米、棉花、小麦)和能源植物(柳枝稷)中参与非生物(旱、盐等)和生物(昆虫)胁迫的耐受响应和可能的生理功能。
