1.多孔材料的制备。特别是气凝胶的制备;气凝胶(aerogels)是一种以纳米量级超微颗粒相互聚集构成的纳米多孔网络结构,并在网络孔隙中充满了气态分散介质,孔隙率在80%-99.8%,孔径通常在1-100纳米之间,被人们形象地称为“冻烟”。气凝胶能很好地复制液态凝胶的结构,只不过分散介质由液体变为气体,从而决定了其独特的物理化学性质。但在实际干燥过程中,由于气液相表面张力的影响,很难得到表面完好的整块气凝胶,我们课题组长期致力于气凝胶干燥技术的研究,采用独特的有机溶剂升华干燥方法成功制备了一系列无机氧化物气凝胶,制备原理如下:如图。 2. 多相催化的研究。1)催化剂的制备研究;2)反应过程研究,主要是污染物的脱除,包括氧化氮的脱除、有机氯化物的脱除和硫化氢的分解;3)反应辅助手段的研究,主要是微波辅助催化。
