个人简介

2001年-2004年,南京大学,化学与化工学院,分析化学博士研究生/博士,师从鞠熀先教授 2001年-2004年,在南京大学攻读博士学位,研究药物和蛋白质的分离分析方法。主要研究毛细管柱的修饰方法,减少药物和蛋白质在毛细管管壁的吸附,提高其分离检测的灵敏度和重现性 2004年-2010年,在东南大学公共卫生学院,主要从事药物与蛋白质、DNA的相互作用;研究食品及其它环境、生物样品中的有效或有害成份检测。利用毛细管电泳、荧光、电致化学发光等技术建立了蜂王浆、血液中的胆碱和乙酰胆碱的检测新方法,研究了不同农产品中氨基糖苷类抗生素残留的检测方法 2010年-至今,在东南大学化学化工学院,主要是利用纳米材料作探针,设计新型的分子信标,利用电化学、电致化学发光及紫外、荧光等光谱等信号转导性质,并研究其在与癌症相关的DNA、RNA、蛋白质、酶等不同生物标志物检测中的应用
