在高分子材料与生物、医学、工程交叉领域开展基础研究和应用研究,开发具有重要应用价值的生物材料、药物释放系统、抗肿瘤药物和高分子工程材料: 1.生物材料 · 从源头出发,利用化学、生物、物理方法,设计制备水凝胶、纳米纤维等新型高分子生物材料,通过微结构分析,建立结构与性能之间的关系 · 研发新方法创建生物水凝胶组织工程支架,分析细胞与材料相互作用,探索组织和器官培养技术,研发组织修复材料 · 研发表面可转换技术,创建新型高分子生物材料 · 开发新型高分子生物材料在眼科光学、心血管、整形外科等医疗领域的应用 2.药物释放系统 ·设计合成抗肿瘤药物、多肽药物控释系统,研究药物分子组装行为,进行药代、药效等系统研究,开发抗肿瘤一类新药 ·研究药物靶向技术、长循环技术和抗多药耐药性技术,设计、开发全新分子药物控释系统 3.高分子工程材料 · 将实验室生物材料理论研究成果和创新技术拓展至海洋、大气、水环境工程应用领域,开发新型功能高分子材料和技术
