个人简介
卢全中,男,汉族,1971年1月生,湖北鄂州人,博士,教授,硕士生导师,国际工程地质与环境学会(IAEG)中国小组成员,非饱和土与特殊土专业委员会常务委员,陕西省岩土力学与工程学会理事,兼任地质工程系主任。1994年6月毕业于原西安地质学院水工系,获水文地质工程地质专业学士学位,毕业后留校任教,于2001年6月获长安大学地质工程专业硕士学位,2007年6月获长安大学地质工程专业工学博士学位,2013年5月中科院武汉岩土力学研究所土木工程博士后流动站出站,2013年7月赴美国Iowa State University为期1年的访问学者研究。
