个人简介:
曹进德，博士生导师，四川大学理学博士，香港中文大学博士后，享受国务院特殊津贴，江苏省首届十佳研究生导师。现任东南大学首席教授，校学术委员会副主任、理学部主任、数学学院院长、江苏省网络群体智能重点实验室主任、复杂系统与网络科学研究中心主任。连续入选Thomson Reuters/Clarivate Analytics全球高被引用科学家（Highly Cited Researchers， 覆盖工程学、计算机科学和数学三个领域），教育部高等学校数学类专业教学指导委员会委员，江苏省理学1类研究生教指委副主任委员，江苏省高校“青蓝工程”科技创新团队负责人，江苏省“333 高层次培养工程”领军人才。 2019年获国际Obada奖，2017年获首届全国创新争先奖，2014年获Thomson Reuters首届中国引文桂冠奖，2010 年获江苏省科学技术一等奖（排名第一），2008 年获Thomson Reuters 卓越研究奖（独立），2007 年获教育部自然科学奖二等奖（排名第一）。
曹进德教授先后主持国家自然科学基金项目8项（含重点项目1项），教育部博士点基金3项，项目成果作为国家自然科学基金项目成果巡礼写入国家自然科学基金委2009年年度报告。2006-2015期间6篇论文获中国百篇最具影响优秀国际学术论文。先后担任IEEE Trans. Cognitive and Developmental Systems、IEEE Trans. Neural Networks、IEEE Trans. Cybernetics、Math. Comput. Simulat.和Neural Networks等多个SCI权威期刊编委。现任中国自动化学会控制理论专委会委员，中国工业与应用数学学会复杂网络与复杂系统专委会委员，中国数学会理事，中国运筹学会理事，江苏省工业与应用数学学会理事长，江苏省运筹学会副理事长。
曹进德教授2015年当选IEEE Fellow，2016年当选欧洲科学院院士，2017年当选巴基斯坦科学院院士，2018年当选欧洲科学与艺术院院士，2019年当选国际系统与控制科学院院士。
