个人简介

汪永进,男,1959年4月出生,博士。1982年,南京大学地质系岩矿专业,获学士学位;1987年,获南京大学地质系沉积岩石学专业,获硕士学位;2000年,南京师范大学自然地理学,获博士学位。1988年赴美国匹兹堡大学行星地球科学系研修古地磁学。1987年起至今,在南京师范大学地理系任教,现为南京师范大学地理科学学院教授、博士生导师,教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者

研究领域

主要从事洞穴沉积和气候环境演变研究,从不同时间尺度论述了亚洲季风变化历史、动力学机制及其与全球变化的关系,构建了二十万年来中国石笋同位素气候地层学相对完整的研究体系
