个人简介

1964年生于湖南长沙。1984年于南京航空航天大学航空系本科毕业,1986年于北航经济管理学院研究生毕业,1992年获北航工学博士学位。1986年在北航参加工作至今,分别于1992、1995、1997年开始任副教授、教授、博士生导师。曾经分别在香港理工大学、香港科技大学、英国Newcastle大学的土木工程系工作一至两年。曾任国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部副主任、北航经济管理学院院长、北航研究生院常务副院长,现任北航副校长。 1998年获国家杰出青年科学研究基金,2005年带领团队获得国家创新群体科学基金、2008年获得第二期创新群体科学基金,2008年被聘为教育部长江学者特聘教授。2012年担任国家重大基础科学研究973项目首席科学家(2012CB725400),2018年担任国家自然科学基金重大项目负责人(71890970)。2006年获得第六届中国青年科学家奖提名奖(管理科学),2012年获复旦管理学杰出贡献奖,2014年获中国系统工程学会“系统科学与系统工程理论贡献奖”。所指导博士生李志纯获得2008年度全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖、刘天亮获2010年度提名奖、郭仁拥获2011年度提名奖。 主要教学科研领域和成果 讲授课程:《生产运作管理》(本科)、《生产与运作管理》(研究生)、交通运输规划与管理(研究生)。研究领域:交通运输系统建模与分析、交通行为经济学、道路交通流模型、生产运作管理。迄今已在Transportation Research Part A(4篇)、TR Part B(31篇)、TR Part C(12篇)、TR Part D(1篇)、TR Part E(6篇)、Transportation Science(3篇)、Operations Research(2篇)、EJOR(6篇)、JORS(2篇)、J. Transport Economics and Policy(1篇)、Networks and Spatial Economics(5篇)、TP(4篇)、J Air Transport Management(1篇)、Research in Transportation Economics(1篇)、Transportation(2篇)、PNAS(1篇)、Physical Review E(2篇)、Physica A(23篇)等国际学术刊物上发表论文220多篇。与Hai Yang合作完成的著作《Mathematical and Economic Theory of Road Pricing》2005年由 Elsevier 出版,出版中文著作5部。教学与科研成果曾获省部级奖励多项、国家自然科学二等奖一项
