个人简介
博士，教授、博导，国家防伪工程技术研究中心副主任。已在国内外刊物和学术会议上发表论文200余篇，其中CCF A类论文50余篇，论文被谷歌学术引用13000余次。他带领团队研发的场景文字检测与识别技术已广泛应用于华为、阿里巴巴、美团等众多产品或系统中，取得了良好的经济和社会效益。曾应邀担任CVPR19/20/21, ICPR18/20, ICDAR19/21, ACCV18/20, ACM MM20/21, AAAI19/20/21等十余次领域主流国际会议的领域主席或资深程序委员。现/曾任IEEE TPAMI, PR, PRL, FCS等国际学术期刊的编委(AE)。曾获优秀青年基金 (2012)，"万人计划"青年拔尖人才 (2016)，连续6年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。曾获AAAI-2019杰出资深委员奖， IAPR/ICDAR 2019 青年学者奖等国际学术荣誉。指导学生在全国性或国际竞赛中获得佳绩10余次，获ICCV-19 VOT短视频跟踪竞赛冠军，2019全国大学生“互联网+”创新创业大赛高校主赛道金奖。2020年入选了IAPR Fellow。
他是视觉与学习青年研讨会（VALSE）的指导委员会成员，VALSE在线学术报告会（VALSE Webinar）活动的共同发起人。VALSE2019（合肥）参加人数超过了5000人，而VALSE Webinar的高峰参加人数达到了1800人，成为国内计算机视觉领域影响力最大的系列学术会议之一。最近，作为个人兴趣，他深切关注AI技术在对抗新型冠状病毒疫情中的有关问题。团队与华为云合作，推出AI辅助影像量化分析系统，及时助力国际国内多家医院。
