个人简介

戴峰,教授,多伦多大学(加拿大)博士, 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,教育部科技委委员(土木、建筑与水利学部),美国土木工程师协会(ASCE)会刊 International Journal of Geomechanics共同主编,中国工程院院刊Engineering土建水学科编辑(Section Editor)、国际岩石力学与工程领域顶级期刊Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering、英国土木工程师协会(ICE)会刊Geotechnical Engineering、日本岩土工程学会(JGS)会刊Soils and Foundations、国际工程地质与环境协会(IAEG)会刊Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment等8个国际著名SCI期刊的副主编或编委,《岩石力学与工程学报》、《工程科学与技术》、《地下空间与工程学报》、《应用基础与工程科学学报》编委。国际岩石力学学会动力学委员会委员,四川省科技青年联合会副主席,中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石动力学专业委员会副主任,中国岩石力学与工程学会青年委员会副主任,环境岩土分会青年委员会副主任,中国岩石力学与工程学会地下工程分会常务理事。 长期从事岩石动力学和工程研究,研究成果列入3项ISRM动力实验建议方法和5项行业标准,近年来已在白鹤滩、锦屏一级、乌东德等多项国家重大水电工程进行了推广应用。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目(水利口)、国家重点基础研究发展规划项目973课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、四川省杰出青年基金等纵向和国家重大工程技术咨询项目等10余项。近年来,在岩土工程权威杂志IJRMMS、RMRE等发表学术论文180多篇,100余篇SCI检索;论文被SCOPUS数据库引用7000余次,h指数50;是四川大学“地球科学”ESI贡献度最高的学者(贡献度17.5%)。国家发明专利授权或公开30项,软件著作权8项。受邀在日本冲绳举办的国际岩石动力学峰会等国内外学术大会做特邀报告或大会报告,任中国科协第268次青年科学家论坛执行主席、第13届国际岩石力学大会、第7、8、9、10届亚洲岩石力学大会等多个国际学术大会的分会主席。 先后获加拿大岩土工程学会优秀论文奖(2009)、Grosso Group Fellowship Award(2008、2010)、国家优秀自费留学生(2010)、四川省“百人计划”(2012)、教育部新世纪优秀人才(2013)、霍英东青年教师奖(2013)、四川省杰出青年基金(2014)、四川省青年科技奖(2015)、中国岩石力学与工程学会自然科学特等奖(2016)、汪闻韶院士青年优秀论文奖(2017)、中国大坝工程学会科技进步特等奖(2017)、四川省学术与技术带头人(2018)、四川青年五四奖章(2018)、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2018)、教育部科技进步奖一等奖(2018)、国家"万人计划"科技创新领军人才(2019)、爱思唯尔中国高被引学者(2018、2019、2020、2021)、教育部第八届科学技术委员会委员(2020)、国际岩土力学计算方法与进展学会(IACMAG)区域杰出贡献奖(2022),国家杰出青年科学基金(2022)等荣誉。 独立指导博士生以科研成果获2019“最美大学生”称号(全国10名)、第十四届中国大学生年度人物(全国10名)、宝钢教育奖优秀学生特等奖(全国25名)、连续2届获中国岩石力学与工程学会优秀博士论文奖(全国10名)、国际岩石力学学会ISRM最佳博士论文奖(Rocha Medal)提名候选人(全国2名),四川大学“百佳”学生—标兵学生(全校10名)、“百佳”优秀学生、四川大学研究生“十佳学术之星”3人、“优秀学术之星”2人、国家奖学金11人,“感动川大”学生新闻人物(全校10名)、四川大学“博士之星”等荣誉。
