个人简介

俞苗 博士,讲师 个人简介 1988年5月生,2006年获华中科技大学预防医学学士学位;2016年获华中科技大学营养与食品卫生学博士学位。 俞苗讲师致力于从事营养与食品安全方向的研究,研究兴趣主要集中在喹烯酮和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的遗传和生殖毒性及机制。已在国际核心期刊上发表论文10余篇。自2011年以来,参与多项研究课题,并参加多项国内外学术会议。

研究领域

主要从事营养与食品安全方向的研究,研究兴趣主要集中在喹烯酮和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的遗传和生殖毒性及机制。
