个人简介

一直进行生物活性小分子基因表达调控与糖尿病及其并发症、肿瘤逆转分化等的分子机制与干预研究。主持国家和省自然科学基金等多项课题研究。发表论文30余篇(SCI论文20余篇,2篇IF5.0,5篇IF3.0以上,其中通讯作者SCI论文4篇)。 科研项目: 1.国家自然科学基金项目:β-羟丁酸激活claudin-5表达干预糖尿病心脏微血管病变的机制(81600384),17万,主持。 2.河北省自然科学基金项目:硝基化激活TGF-β1转录导致糖尿病肾病的分子机制研究(H2012206005),3万元,主持。 3.河北省科技支撑计划项目:斑马鱼肿瘤模型建立与组蛋白乙酰化评价(11277160),主持。 4.国家自然科学基金项目:β-羟丁酸抗硝基化干预糖尿病心脏微血管病变的机制(81470595),73万,第三主研人。 5.国家自然科学基金项目:C-肽调控核因子-kappaB及其共激活因子p300防治糖尿病肾病的分子机制(81070658),33万,第三主研人。 6.河北省科学技术成果:基于SLE机制及药物筛选研究的转基因斑马鱼的构建(20133797),第四完成人,2013.12,取得成果证书。
