研究领域

研究方向：食管癌发病机理和肿瘤生物治疗

研究方向与特色： 长期从事食管癌发病机理的研究和肿瘤生物治疗研究。自1982~1988年以来一直从事食管癌病因机理研究，1983年建立了系统“肿瘤细胞生物学”和“分子生物学”实验室。1988~1998年赴美进修学习，曾在美国康奈尔大学从事多年DNA聚合酶的研究工作，进行该基因亚单位的基因克隆，DNA序列分析、鉴定，蛋白质的分离、纯化、酶功能、分子结构等系列研究。发现5个亚单位DNA序列填充了Ecoli基因文库，其成果在1993年生化杂志JBC上作为“系列研究文献”发表。后又在耶鲁大学作为博土后研究员，从事三年半的皮肤肿瘤分子免疫学研究，鉴定和探讨了被命名为“BE2”的类似热休克蛋白的皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤细胞表面肿瘤相关抗原，作为该肿瘤诊断、治疗、预后指标被临床采用。1998年回到郑州大学，主要从事DNA聚合酶β与食管癌癌变机理、人树突状细胞瘤苗的研制及临床研究、食管癌化学预防的研究。先后主持和参与国家科技部、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部重点攻关、省自然科学基金、省重大攻关、省杰出人才计划、省医学创新人才工程、省教育厅重大攻关等近20余项。 科研项目： 1、河南省重大公益招标科研项目，10110910800，食管癌化学预防与干预的基础研究，2010/10-2013/12，已结题，主持。 2、国家自然科学基金面上项目，30471952，DNA聚合酶β与食管癌癌变机理关系的研究，2005/01-2007/12,21万，已结题，主持 3、国家自然科学基金面上项目，39870287，食管癌中DNA聚合酶β基因突变的研究，1999/01-2001/12,11万，已结题，主持 4、省部级项目：癌症化学预防河南省协同创新中心（项目批准号：省协同创新中心） 2016.01-正在进行，主持 5、厅、局级项目项目：郑州市肿瘤化学重点实验室（项目批准号：郑州市重点实验室） 2016.01-正在进行，主持
