泌尿外科主任、副主任医师、博士（第三军医大学）、博士后（第三军医大学）、硕士生导师（西南医科大学、西南交大）、英属哥伦比亚大学访问学者
四川省海外高层次留学人才、军队优秀专业技术人才（2016）、医院创新型人才
临床工作：主要从事泌尿外科肿瘤及微创技术、器官移植（肾移植）、结石、男科等领域。具有丰富的泌尿系肿瘤、结石、下尿路梗阻等疾病诊治经验，完成泌尿外科常见复杂手术，如腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术、前列腺癌根治术、腹腔镜下肾部分切除术等。长期从事尸肾、活体供肾的摘取术、肾移植术及移植术后病人的管理工作。工作期间完成医院首例心脏死亡器官捐献术、医院首例经腹腔镜活体供肾摘取术。
科研成果：有较成熟的科研能力和实验室研究基础，主持或参与多项国家、军队课题的研究。承担军队“十二五”、四川省科技厅、博士后科研基金等各类课题7项，发表专业学术论文30余篇（其中以第一作者发表论文20余篇，SCI论文9篇）。获军队医疗成果三等奖一项，参编专著3部。
出国经历：2015.3-2016.4赴加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学（UBC）泌尿外科访问学习，与UBC及美国埃默里大学医院泌尿外科、器官移植中心搭建了良好的合作交流平台，回国后发表SCI文章两篇并申报国家发明专利一项，获省科技厅国际合作交流课题一项，医院创新人才课题一项，为科室的进一步发展做出了突出贡献。
主要学术任职：中华医学会器官移植协会青年委员、中国医师协会器官移植学分会活体器官移植委员会委员、四川省医学会泌尿外科专委会委员、四川省医学会器官移植委员会委员、四川省医学会器官移植委员会肾移植学组副组长、四川省医师协会泌尿外科分会委员、四川省医师协会器官移植分会委员。
