联合应用液态核磁共振技术和液质联用技术,采用代谢组学的研究手段和分析方法,系统地研究天然药物、中药成方制剂或单味制剂,发现、识别和挖掘其中发挥药效作用的化学物质;利用基于核磁共振的结构生物学的研究手段,研究天然药物发挥药效作用的化学物质与靶标蛋白相互作用的分子机制。
