研究领域

B淋巴细胞与肿瘤免疫调节。免疫系统维持机体内环境稳态,其功能异常涉及肿瘤、炎症和自身免疫等疾病发病和进展。B淋巴细胞主司抗体分泌、介导体液免疫。我们聚焦肿瘤中的B淋巴细胞,拟揭示B细胞功能异常参与肿瘤发生进展的分子基础,寻找肿瘤免疫清除的潜在靶点。已经证实B细胞在肿瘤中的双向功能,发现其效应性向调节性功能的偏移,提出了通过亮氨酸节制饮食控制Breg,阻止肠癌免疫逃逸的饮食干预思路。目前正在解析B细胞调节性功能的获得机制,寻找干预Breg的表观遗传与营养代谢靶点,助力肿瘤免疫治疗。
