研究领域

课题组利用冷冻电子显微镜结构生物学方法研究病原微生物及相关复合物蛋白质的结构与功能,尤其是新发传染病病毒的全病毒结构,揭示其传染和传播等机制。并深入研究病毒-抗体复合物、病毒-小分子抑制剂复合物、病毒-蛋白药物复合物结构,揭示抗体及药物的中和及作用机制,为病毒疫苗研发和新型药物研发提供重要基础
