个人简介

研究领域

新发传染病和疫苗可预防性传染病:长期从事感染性疾病研究,研究领域主要是针对严重威胁全球公共卫生安全和我国人民健康的新发、重大传染病,包括新型冠状病毒肺炎、禽流感、季节性流感、呼吸道合胞病毒感染、手足口病、登革热、狂犬病、肺炎链球菌和流感嗜血杆菌病等,运用多学科交叉技术,主要开展以下研究: 1.病人驱动的床旁临床和基础研究 从人群和患者个体水平两个维度,开展基础医学、临床医学和人群健康交叉的病人驱动的床旁临床和基础研究,涵盖病毒学、病原微生物学、免疫学、宿主和病原遗传学等多个学科,开展重要病原体变异变迁机制和分子进化规律的研究,在分子、蛋白、细胞和宿主动物水平上开展重要病原体与宿主相互作用的机制研究,重点进行病原体感染机制和宿主免疫应答机制等领域的研究,以加深对感染性疾病的传播、危险因素、病程、感染与免疫应答机制、发病机制、结局和治疗效果等科学问题的认识。 2.传播动力学研究 采用流行病学、数学、计算机科学、理论物理学、经济学、生物统计学、人口学、社会网络、行为科学等多学科交叉技术,构建和应用传播动力学模型,对感染性疾病暴发和流行的发生、发展、演化过程进行流行病学分析、建模和模拟仿真,以阐明其传播动力学参数,模拟和预测其传播和演变过程,评估潜在干预措施的效果和经济学影响。 3.空间流行病学研究 采用时间序列分析、人口动态理论、遥感、地理信息技术、空间统计和生态位模型等技术,研究人类、动物、疾病(病原体)、媒介、社会经济、自然环境等相互作用关系,估计疾病负担,预测其发病风险,绘制风险分布地图,阐明感染性疾病的时间、空间的流行特征及相关影响因素,为制定基于证据的防控策略提供科学证据。 4.改变政策驱动的疫苗研究 通过开展有针对性的、以改变政策为导向的研究,包括疾病负担评估,疫苗免疫原性、效力、效果和安全性评价,疫苗接种项目的成本效果分析、预算影响分析及疫苗需求预测等,促进新疫苗纳入国家扩大免疫规划项目,并制定基于循证医学证据的免疫政策。 5.经典流行病学研究 通过监测、生态学研究了解不同人群中疾病分布的差异;开展观察性病例对照研究和队列研究,确定疾病的危险因素;开展随机对照临床试验,评估特异性预防和治疗措施的效果。
