采用分子动力学模拟，结合机器学习算法，研究生物大分子的微观结构及其构象变化的动力学，具体包括：无序蛋白质及纳米颗粒自聚集的分子机理蛋白质与细胞膜相互作用的微观机理针对抑制无序蛋白质聚集的小分子药物开发
