研究领域

前期从事功能基因组分泌蛋白基因、造血干细胞蛋白质组学研究,参与日本血吸虫大规模转录组(Nature Genetics 2003)、蛋白质组(PLoS Pathogens 2006)和基因组研究(Nature 2009),全面系统地绘制了血吸虫不同性别和生活周期基因表达谱,建成了世界最大的血吸虫功能基因组数据集,建立转录组和蛋白质整合数据库SjTPdb(BMC Genomics 2008),进行血吸虫与宿主相互作用蛋白质组学研究(Mol Cell Proteomics 2009、Proteomics 2007),为研究血吸虫生物学行为、致病机制、基因组结构和应用研究奠定基础。自2010年2月进入复旦大学生物医学研究院开始,研究方向转向肿瘤蛋白质组学与标志物、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤增殖/转移机制等研究。获得国家自然科学奖、上海市自然科学奖、中国青年科技奖等学术奖项。曾参与或承担863面上项目、973子课题、国家自然科学基金、十一五重大疾病专项、上海启明星项目及跟踪项目等科研项目。
