研究领域

1) DNA甲基化在肿瘤及常见病发生中的作用 异常的表观遗传修饰与多种肿瘤及人类常见病的发生息息相关。通过组学大数据分析,本课题组前期的工作揭示,表观遗传修饰作为一个重要的中间媒介,可以介导内源性遗传因素和外源性环境因素对类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化症、酒精成瘾及肿瘤等多种疾病的发生。这些工作将能帮助我们了解肿瘤及常见病发生的致病机制,并为最终实现对其的精准医疗提供思路。 2) DNA甲基化作为分子标志物对疾病的诊断 对癌症等疾病进行早期诊断是最为有效的降低成本并提高癌症病人生存率的手段。目前对于癌症的诊断主要依赖于微创的方法对病人的样品进行病理学分析。这个方法并不能实现早期诊断,并具有较高的成本。血液是实现非侵入性诊断最有前途的手段之一。我们尝试通过分析大量在不同阶段的癌症病人血液中所含有的DNA甲基化组变异信号,并结合现有的一些分子标志,从而提高利用血液实现癌症诊断的精确度,以其实现对癌症的早期诊断。
