研究领域

RNA剪接异常与癌症,运用细胞、小鼠模型及临床样本,通过多组学技术与分子生物学、生物化学手段相结合,研究:1)RNA剪接异常在肿瘤(特别是肺癌)中的功能、机制及临床意义; 2)、RNA剪接与mRNA翻译、细胞代谢、免疫调节之间的交互作用;3)、基于RNA的疾病治疗新策略。 RNA可变剪接调控机制与功能,研究剪接调控相关RNA结合蛋白的作用机制、生物学功能及其表达调控新机制。
