钟亚东，女，博士，讲师。MolecularNutritionandFoodResearch,PLoSOne,ScientificReports和JournaloftheScienceofFoodandAgriculture等多个国际权威期刊审稿人。南昌大学“215人才工程”赣江青年学者近年来主持、参与国家级科研项目5项。讲授课程《食品安全风险评估》、《生化分离技术》承担课题国家自然科学基金青年项目：不消化性葡聚糖对肠道菌群的调控作用及关键理化因子解析（No.：31801539）
