钟亚东,女,博士,讲师。MolecularNutritionandFoodResearch,PLoSOne,ScientificReports和JournaloftheScienceofFoodandAgriculture等多个国际权威期刊审稿人。南昌大学“215人才工程”赣江青年学者近年来主持、参与国家级科研项目5项。
