个人简介
彭娟博士讲师硕士研究生导师,研究方向为食品安全快速检测技术和产品的开发。近年来主要围绕真菌毒素,喹诺酮类抗生素,喹恶啉类及其代谢物,花生过敏原类等单克隆抗体的制备,ELISA、胶体金试纸条方法的建立开展工作。在此基础上,合成多种纳米材料,应用于新型生物传感器开发。目前以第一作者在NanoResearch,RSCAdvances,FoodAnalyticalMethods,AnalyticalMethods,FoodandAgriculturalImmunology等国际SCI期刊发表论文7篇,以通讯作者发表论文4篇,影响因子累计大于30,申请中文专利3项。
