个人简介

陈军,男,1986年生,博士,研究员,研究生导师,南昌大学食品学院副院长,首届江西省培养类入选者,首届江西省高等学校“青年井冈”学者,江西省杰出青年基金获得者,江西省优博,南昌大学赣江青年学者,全省高校公共安全教育骨干教师,南昌大学青年岗位能手,国家食品生产许可审查员,江西省科技特派团成员,江西省食品科学与技术学会理事,江西广播电视台经济生活频道健康营养膳食(《食之有道》栏目)顾问,糖尿病分级诊疗试点工作省级专家组成员,江西省南酸枣工程技术研究中心工程技术委员会委员,南昌市农村专业技术协会理事。主要从事食品(含生物质)资源的开发利用研究工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家食品药品监督管理局委托项目等项目14项,已发表论文100余篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文31篇(国际Top1期刊4篇),授权发明专利9项,实用新型3项。 讲授课程 《信息技术与食品工程》、《食品产品开发》、《饮食健康与食品文化》、《食品营养学》、《食品工艺学》、《科学饮食与健康》 学术成就 2020年江西省科学技术进步奖一等奖“南酸枣产业化关键技术和装备创新与应用”,排名第2 2017年中国商业联合会科学技术二等奖“南酸枣优质品种选育和现代化加工关键装备和技术研发”,排名第2 2014年江西省优秀博士学位论文《特色资源果胶的提取和物理化学性质表征及微射流降解机理》 2015年高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术):动态超高压技术在食品加工中的应用研究,二等奖,获奖时间:2015年12月,排名3 2015年江西省科学技术进步奖 传统酱卤肉制品的现代化绿色加工技术与产业化示范,二等奖,排名6 2013年中国商业联合会科学技术奖全国商业科技进步奖,“传统禽鸭酱卤肉制品的现代化绿色加工和综合利用的关键技术与示范”,三等奖,排名11
