张国文,二级教授,博士,博士生导师,南昌大学食品学院副院长,江西省“百千万人才工程”人选,江西省高等学校中青年学科带头人,南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定成员与学术带头人,国家自然科学基金评审专家,国家重点研发项目评审专家,中国工程教育专业认证专家,FoodChemistry,JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry,AnalyticalChemistry,JournalofHazardousMaterials,JournalofFunctionalFoods,FoodandFunction,FoodResearchInternational,食品科学等30多家国内外学术期刊特邀审稿专家。

学术成就
主持国家自然科学基金、教育部高校博士点基金(博导类)、国家重点实验室项目、江西省重大科技项目、江西省自然科学基金、江西省科技支撑项目等国家级和省部级科研项目20多项。在JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry,FoodChemistry等国内外学术期刊上发表论文260多篇,其中SCI收录100多篇,入选ESI高被引论文8篇,ESI热点论文2篇,h指数31,WebofScience收录论文总被引频次3000多次,单篇最高被引200多次。获得国家级教学成果二等奖3项,江西省教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖3项,江西省自然科学三等奖2项,江西省高等学校科技成果三等奖1项和吉安市科技进步三等奖1项,主编教材4部。
近年来,指导的研究生已有16人获得研究生国家奖学金,6人获得江西省优秀硕士学位论文,多次被评为江西省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师和南昌大学优秀研究生指导教师,获得南昌大学“科研先进个人”、“中兴发展奖教金”、“江铃奖教金”和“教书育人”先进个人等荣誉。
