新型质谱离子源开发：主要利用室温常压质谱进行快速高通量药物分析；进一步开发利用低温等离子体质谱进行生物组织切片成像研究；蛋白质组学研究：主要研究蛋白质组学中在线酶解器的研究，并利用液相色谱-质谱和二维凝胶凝胶电泳等技术对其复杂体系进行表征。生物免疫：利用免疫的原理，发展基于ICP-MS用于检测肿瘤标志物生物大分子高灵敏度和高选择性的分析方法
