个人简介

关明华山医院检验医学科主任、中心实验室主任、复旦大学风湿免疫过敏性疾病研究中心副主任、华山医院分子与转化医学研究所副所长、博士生导师、研究员。2003年获得复旦大学上海医学院临床检验诊断学博士，2004-2006年在美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）进行博士后研究，目前担任国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目二审专家，中华医学会检验医学分会常委兼秘书长、上海市医学会检验医学分会主任委员，担任Clinica Chimica Acta 编辑，Clinical Biochemistry 编委、《中华检验医学杂志》副总编辑、《检验医学与临床》副总编辑、《国际检验医学杂志》副总编辑等。目前是中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)ISO15189医学实验室认可评审员。获得第三届“国之名医”优秀风范奖、上海市优秀学术带头人、上海市领军人才、上海科委青年科技启明星、上海市卫生局新百人计划、上海市医务青年管理十杰等荣誉。以第一完成人获得上海医学科技二等奖1项，主编专著2本，副主编专著6本。以第一完成人获得国家自然科学基金7项，在ACS Nano、Clinical Cancer Research 等主流刊物以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI 文章60多篇。主要的研究方向为：临床分子生物学检验以及肿瘤转移和浸润的机制研究。现在承担和参与的课题肿瘤精准医学临床实践中的关键分子检测技术研发和转化应用（2019CXJQ03)，上海市卫健委，410万元，2018.12-2023.12 钙网蛋白突变体作为骨髓增殖性肿瘤检测标志物和CAR-T细胞治疗靶向抗原的应用及机制研究，国家自然科学基金(81871728)，57万元，2019.1-2022.12 用于骨髓增殖性肿瘤分子标志物谱检测的圆盘式微流控芯片与设备的研发，上海市科学技术委员会（18441904200），35万元，2018.4.30-2021.6.30 基于LAMP 微流控芯片检测骨髓增殖性肿瘤分子标志物谱，2018年度上海市优秀学术技术带头人计划（18XD1400900），40万元，2018.05.01-2021.4.30 复旦大学-中科院苏州医工所“医工结合联合专项”，复旦大学、中科院苏州医工所，20万元，2017.1-2017.12 基于LAMP纸芯片即时检测骨髓增殖性肿瘤分子标志物谱的研究，国家自然科学基金（81672105），60万元，2017.1-2020.12 荣誉及奖励 2020 第32届上海市优秀发明选拔赛金奖 2019 第三届国之名医优秀风范奖上海市优秀学术带头人 2018 复旦大学十佳医技工作者 2017 2016年度中华医学会检验医学学会工作贡献奖 2017 第29届上海市优秀发明选拔赛银奖 2016 第28届上海市优秀发明选拔赛金奖 2015 上海市领军人才
