个人简介

毕业于中国科学院地球化学研究所,获环境科学博士学位;在中国科学院成都生物研究所从事过博士后研究工作。

研究领域

主要从事环境微生物,土壤微生物,微生物生态学方面的研究。 具体包括:利用高通量测序、宏基因组技术和生物信息学分析,研究长期N沉降对典型草原土壤微生物多样性和功能的作用,土壤细菌群落在内蒙古草原降雨温度梯度带上的空间分布特征及主要驱动因子,探讨围栏恢复过程对放牧退化草地土壤微生物的影响,土壤微生物对不同碳输入途径的响应,以及草原土壤-微生物-植被之间的影响关系等问题。
