个人简介

侯仲娥，女，博士，研究员。2002在中国科学院动物研究所获博士学位，2006年晋升副研究员，2015年晋升研究员。国家优秀青年基金获得者。主要以甲壳动物钩虾为研究对象，探讨青藏高原隆升和古地中海海退对物种多样性分化格局的影响。发现钩虾4新属73新种；提出钩虾“走出古地中海”的演化模式，发现青藏高原隆升等地质事件促进中国特有物种的形成；证实古地中海闭合驱动地中海和印度-西太平洋钩虾的隔离分化；揭示古地中海变迁塑造了现代海洋生物多样性分布格局，促进印度-西太平洋区成为全球生物多样性热点地区。在PNAS、BiologicalReviews、Cladistics、JournalofBiogeography等发表论文66篇。承担科研项目情况：主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金《动物分类与进化》，及面上项目《青藏高原湖泊钩虾的适应性辐射》。

研究领域

研究领域：分子系统学、谱系地理学以及多样性分化格局。利用基因组学和分子生物学的方法探讨环境变迁对生物多样性的影响和生物对环境变迁的适应机制。
