个人简介

男,现任中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师。1991年博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,德国海德堡(Heidelberg)大学和拜罗伊特(Bayreuth)大学洪堡学者。长期从事功能晶体材料研究工作,发展了宽禁带半导体碳化硅晶体生长新方法,实现了我国碳化硅晶体生长和加工技术从零到一、产品从无到有、产业自主可控,带动了我国宽禁带半导体产业的快速发展;发现了金属插层铁硒基系列高温超导体,开辟了国际超导研究新方向,被《自然-材料》社论列为本世纪超导研究的主要进展之一;提出结构基元设计先进功能材料的学术思想,突破了晶体化学领域“鲍林规则”,发现152种全新的电磁功能晶体。 发表学术论文450余篇,他引11000余次,单篇最高他引1000余次;制定国家标准3项;授权发明专利63项(国际专利6项)。 获国家杰出青年科学基金(1999),“万人计划”领军人才(2014),国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”(2009年),国际衍射数据中心(ICDD)杰出会士(Distinguished Fellow,2023)。任中国晶体学会副理事长(2004-2012),ICDD全球副主席(2016-2020),中国物理学会x射线衍射专业委员会主任(2013-),中国科学院物理研究所先进材料实验室主任(2012-2022),ICDD技术委员会中国区主席(2004-)。 获国家自然科学二等奖(1/5)、中科院科技促进发展奖(1/10)、新疆生产建设兵团科技进步一等奖(1/15)、中科院杰出科技成就奖(2/17),中国发明协会特等奖(个人)和中科院“朱李月华”优秀教师奖。
