个人简介

简介: 1982年毕业于山东大学光学系。1988年8月于中国科学院物理研究所获博士学位。随后在中科院物理所工作至今。其间先后在意大利佛罗伦萨国家光学研究所(1989年9月-1991年12月,F.T.Arecchi教授研究组)、法国里尔大学(1991年12月-1992年12月,PierreGlorieux教授研究组)、丹麦Risø国家实验室(1998年10月-1999年3月,MarkSaffman教授研究组)、英国爱丁堡Heriot-Watt大学(1999年3月-2000年3月,R.G.Harrison教授研究组)、美国斯坦福大学(2006年5月-8月,诺贝尔物理学奖获得者朱棣文StevenChu教授研究组)和哈佛大学(2010年5月-11月,谢晓亮XiaoliangSunneyXie教授研究组)进行访问研究。曾获杰青。现任国科大教授。 过去的主要工作及获得的成果: 近年来,进入了物理学与生命科学交叉研究领域。负责成立了“复杂系统和生物大分子的动力学”研究组,担任组长(1999年-至今)。负责成立了“中科院物理所软物质物理实验室”,担任首届主任(2001年-2009年)。研究了单分子DNA熔化、凝聚、DNA与组蛋白(histone)的相互作用、解旋酶(helicase)的动力学行为、生物分子马达(molecularmotor)的动力学行为、抗癌药物顺铂(cisplatin)奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin)及反铂(transplatin)与DNA的作用机理、单细胞中紫杉醇对表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)内吞运输的影响、量子点在活细胞内的扩散运动等。在《PhysicalReviewLetters》,《PhysicalReviewA,E》,《OpticsLetters》,《AppliedPhysicsLetters》,《ChinesePhysicsLetters》,《ChinesePhysicsB》,《JournalofChemicalPhysics》,《JournaloftheAmericanChemicalSociety》,《JournalofBiologicalChemistry》,《JournalofTheoreticalBiology》,《JournalofMolecularBiology》,《Biochemistry》,《NucleicAcidsResearch》,《MolecularCell》,《ScienceChina》,《ChineseScienceBulletin》,《PNAS》,《Nature》等物理学、化学、生物学及综合杂志上发表学术论文百余篇。2000年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”。 目前的研究课题及展望: 上述研究方向中的研究课题是国际上的研究热点,具有巨大的发展潜力和广泛的国际合作基础。我们的实验室目前具有高精度荧光显微镜(包括镜下细胞培养系统)、高灵敏成像设备、单分子操纵设备(磁镊)、快速停流设备、原子力显微镜、各种先进的生化设备等,另外还有并行计算服务器。装备水平居世界前列。欢迎有志的年轻学子加入到这一研究中来。无论是物理、化学、生物、基础医学背景的学生均受欢迎。特别欢迎各高校的优秀推荐生。 培养研究生情况: 已毕业博士研究生16名,在读博士研究生7名。
