个人简介

男,1997年于吉林大学获凝聚态物理博士学位。1991-2001年在吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室工作,任教授。1997-1999年在德国夫琅和费(Fraunhofer)薄膜与表面工程研究所、2001年在德国柏林自由大学物理系、2004年在日本国立材料研究所(NIMS)从事合作研究。现在中国科学院物理研究所纳米物理与器件实验室工作,任研究员、博士生导师。 目前的研究课题及展望: 正在进行的主要课题有: 1. 科技部国家重点研发计划项目:“应变诱导大面积纳米结构的可控加工方法及应用基础研究”(首席科学家) 2. 国家基金委基础科学中心项目:“低维信息器件”(中心骨干) 3. 中国科学院前沿科学重点研究项目"三维超材料的光调制特性及应用研究”(负责人) 4. 基金委面上和科学院先导项目等
