研究领域

(1)高分子纳米药物载体系统的设计与应用研究 应用高分子聚合反应理论和实验方法,制备出能满足小分子药物,蛋白质药物和基因药物需要的高分子载体系统,研究其在临床应用中对于药物的准确运输和按需释放问题。 (2)功能性聚合物微球的制备以及生物医用研究 进行分子结构设计,通过大分子自组装以及乳液聚合等实验方法制备荧光、温敏以及pH敏感等多种功能性的聚合物微球,研究其在抗体抗原的检测,特定分子的识别,生物传感器等方面的应用。 (3) 高分子表面图案化研究 通过纳米压印技术,构建高分子表面的图案,进一步进行材料的表面功能化,探讨其在生物医学领域中的应用。 (4)天然高分子的改性 通过对木质素、纤维素等天然高分子进行化学改性,提高其可加工性能研究。
