个人简介

莫小明,男,1986年6月出生,物理科学与工程技术学院讲师,博士。近年来主持国家自然科学基金1项,广西自然科学基金1项,广西教育厅项目1项。主要从事基于钙钛矿、碳量子点、ZnO纳米晶等新型半导体材料的高效电致发光器件研发。共发表一作或者通讯作者的SCI论文12篇,SCI论文他引360多次,H-index:13。主讲课程 本科生:电路原理(双语)、半导体器件基础、专业英语(电子类)。 研究生:材料现代研究方法研究生培养 指导硕士研究生4名。主持科研项目 1)基于稀土掺杂ZnO量子点的发光器件光电性能及模拟研究,广西高校科学研究项目,2015.01-2017.12; 2)全无机高效钙钛矿发光器件的电注入平衡设计及发光特性研究,国家自然科学基金,2016.01-2018.12; 3)基于CsPbX3钙钛矿微米线的WGM电泵浦激光器制备及激射行为研究,广西自然科学基金,2019.01-2021.12;
