Current research in Zharov Group is aimed at design and investigation of novel nanomaterials with applications in alternative energy, sustainability and drug delivery. The work is divided between four main areas: (1) mesoporous membranes, (2) ion-conducting materials, (3) functional nanoparticles and (4) catalysis using surface-immobilized Au nanoclusters.
