研究领域

[1]昆虫寄生或感染后免疫机制,尤其是以转录组学为技术手段,利用生物信息学方法,研究small RNA与非编码长RNA; [2]小鼠遗传学 ,研究对象为中国野生小家鼠及其培育的1号染色体替换群体,涉及基因定位、大规模二代测序、数据分析等。 [3]基于二代测序技术的SNP鉴定数据分析方案的开发与利用。
