研究领域

1、蜱传脑炎病毒等RNA病毒的复制机理:筛选参与病毒复制的宿主相关因子,解析其功能,阐明病毒复制机制; 2、代谢与免疫调控,关注乙酰化修饰、microRNA对代谢以及天然免疫、炎症和适应性免疫的调控机制; 3、大DNA病毒的调控细胞骨架的分子机制:识别和解析参与调控病毒诱导的细胞骨架重排的基因与机制。
