个人简介:廖杨文科,女,湖南衡阳人,1987年8月出生。博士。现任南京林业大学讲师。2009年6月毕业于南京农业大学本科专业,2014年6月蔬菜学专业研究生毕业,获博士学位。2014年7月至南京林业大学工作。 教育经历: 2009/09-2014/06,浙江大学,农业与生物技术学院,蔬菜学,博士研究生,导师喻景权教授 2005/09-2009/06,南京农业大学,园艺学院,本科。 工作经历: 2014/07 至今,南京林业大学,生物与环境学院,植物系,讲师 1)国家自然科学基金青年项目,寄主交替呼吸氧化酶在杨树-松杨栅锈菌互作中的作用及调控机制,2017/01-2019/12、20万、在研、主持 2)江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,线粒体交替呼吸途径在杨树-病毒互作中的作用及其调控机制,2015/07-2018/06、20万元、在研、主持。 3)国家科技支撑计划,2011BAD12B04、南方设施园艺产业提升与绿色生产关键技术研究与示范,2011/01-2014/12、587万元、已结题、参与。 4)国家“973”计划,2009CB119001、园艺作物对设施环境变化的应答机理与生长发育调控, 2009/01-2013/12、590万元、已结题、参与。 5)国家自然科学基金青年项目,30800763、番茄线粒体交替电子传递中的redox信号及其在抗病毒中的作用,2009/01-2011/12、21万元、已结题、参与。
