个人简介

刘春,男,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。博士毕业于华南理工大学粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程,硕士和本科分别毕业于南京农业大学和湖南农业大学。以第一作者或通讯作者在JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry、Food&Function、FoodHydrocolloids、FoodChemistry、CarbohydratePolymers和中国粮油学报等期刊上发表论文28篇,其中SCI论文13篇(1区TOP8篇,2区3篇),中文核心期刊(CSCD核心期刊)论文14篇,中国科技核心期刊1篇;发表的第一作者论文被他引300多次,高引论文1篇,单篇最高他引130次。申请国家发明专利1项;主持湖南省自然科学基金项目等科研项目6项,参与国家自然科学基金项目等科研项目6项,主持全国农业教指委研究生教育管理课题1项。招收学术型硕士研究生(食品科学与工程专业)和专业学位型硕士研究生(食品加工与安全专业)。指导的研究生获得过国家奖学金、校级“优秀研究生”和校级“优秀共产党员”等荣誉和奖励。

研究领域

研究方向为蛋白质化学与工程、生物聚合物基纳米载体的构建与应用、食品加工技术与品质控制。
