研究领域
近十年来一直从事先进磁性薄膜材料的制备、性能研究及微结构分析,相应的元件加工和器件研制等方面的研究工作。本课题组所在的材料物理与化学学科是全国重点学科,拥有大批国外进口的材料制备及材料微结构分析方面的大型设备。本课题组拥有实验室面积450米2,其中包括一个100米3千级超净实验室以及全套微加工设备。此外拥有两台美国进口磁控溅射仪、PPMS物性综合测试系统、X射线光电子能谱仪、热处理设备及相应的磁学性能测试设备等。
