简介: 男,1966年生。1988年清华大学学士,1990年清华大学硕士,1994年中科院物理所博士,1995-1997德国Stuttgart马普固体所洪堡学者。1997-2006为美国斯坦福大学同步辐射实验室物理学者。超导国家重点实验室主任。 过去的主要工作及获得的成果: 周兴江是凝聚态实验物理学家,在固体的电子结构研究方面做出了系统性和一些原创性的贡献。基于我国在KBBF光学晶体和相关棱镜耦合技术的优势,研制成功了国际首台真空紫外激光角分辨光电子能谱仪,综合性能处于国际领先水平,是国际上起引领作用的科学家。他的主要工作及贡献包括:1.自主研制了系列真空紫外激光电子结构分析谱仪。基于真空紫外激光的角分辨光电子谱仪、自旋分辨光电子谱仪、和基于时间飞行分析器的光电子谱仪,都是国际上最早实现的性能领先的实验设备,并在这些谱仪上取得了重要的物理结果。2.在铜氧化物高温超导体的多体效应和电子结构研究中,取得了对机理研究有重要意义的系列实验成果。特别是首次在铜氧化物高温超导体中,解析出超导配对作用谱函数,为理解高温超导配对提供了关键实验证据。3.在国际上第一个报道了铁基超导体具有与费米面相关、近各向同性的超导能隙结构,为超导能隙对称性的确立提供了关键实验依据。发现了AxFe2-ySe2超导体和单层FeSe超导薄膜独特的费米面结构,为甄别和建立铁基超导理论提供了起决定性作用的电子结构特征。4.对拓扑材料的电子结构和自旋结构开展了广泛深入的研究,首次从自旋分辨/角分辨光电子能谱实验上,证实了在拓扑绝缘体中存在的自旋-轨道锁定现象。 已发表SCI学术论文180余篇,其中包括Science3篇,Nature4篇,NatureMaterials和NatureCommunications等Nature子刊10多篇,PhysicalReviewLetters26篇,论文被他引7000余次。在国内外著名学府和研究机构以及国际重要学术会议上作邀请报告150多次。2003年因"对高温超导体的角分辨光电子能谱深入研究"获美国Berkeley国家实验室先进光源的DavidA.Shirley"杰出科学成就"奖,2005年获"国家杰出青年基金"资助,2007年获"茅以升北京青年科技奖",2008年获首届周光召基金会"杰出青年基础科学奖",2009年研究工作入选中国科学十大进展,获国务院政府特殊津贴,中国物理学会胡刚复奖,入选"新世纪百千万人才工程"国家级人选,2010年获中国科学院"先进工作者"称号,2013年获全球华人物理和天文学会"亚洲杰出成就奖",2015年获国家自然科学二等奖,第三世界科学院TWAS物理奖,2016年入选美国物理学会会士。担任ReviewofScientificInstruments,InternationalJournalofModernPhysicsB,ModernPhysicsLettersB,SuperconductorScienceandTechnology和JournalofPhysicsandChemistryofSolids等杂志编委。 目前的研究课题及展望: 实验手段包括: (1).自主研制的世界第一台超高能量分辨率真空紫外激光角分辨光电子能谱仪,性能国际领先,是研究材料精细电子结构最直接、最有力的实验手段; (2).自主研制的真空紫外激光自旋分辨光电子能谱仪,性能国际领先,可以实现对电子自旋的探测,从而实现对电子状态的完整测量; (3).自主研制的基于飞行时间电子能量分析器的真空紫外激光角分辨光电子能谱仪,实现对二维动量的同时测量,性能国际领先; (4).一系列完备的样品制备、热处理和表征设备。 研究的材料包括: (1).强关联电子体系,如高温超导材料和其它新型的超导体,庞磁电阻材料,重费米子材料等; (2).磁学材料和自旋电子学材料; (3).低维材料和纳米材料等; (4).拓扑材料,包括拓扑绝缘体和拓扑超导体等。 研究的重要物理问题包括: 高温超导材料和其它新型超导体的超导机理,庞磁电阻特性的起源,金属—绝缘体转变,电子相分离,量子临界特性,拓扑特性等。 培养研究生情况: 拟每年招收研究生2--3名研究组网站:http://laser-arpes.iphy.ac.cn
